Well, your parents are dead wrong. You’re not a waste of space. A person’s parents don’t determine their worth, and I’m so sorry that yours have made you feel like shit. You doubtless deserve much better. Take heart in the reassurance that one day, you’ll be old enough to just leave them. You won’t even have to look back. Your life will soon be all yours.
