Its only halfway thru the day & I have already been in the work bathroom crying twice. !!! Not coping today at all. Will update after work. If I make that far. I hate mondays.

I hope your day gets better. My Sunday today was a lot like your day, I didn’t cry but I sure felt like it..
Mondays depresse me even more than usual. Crying has become a daily habit for me. I just try not to cry in front of people. Hope your day gets better.
