I bet I’m not the only one here that does the lottery and prays they’ll win and rescue themselves from the torture of poverty despair and loneliness,. Then of course you read about winners and it’s usually fuckers who’ve already got everything or people who stay in their shitty jobs, nearly always people in couples with decent jobs friends and often not badly off either, a fuckin millionaire who lives near me won once, I felt like killing the cnut. Still at least the lottery exists and is a desperate lifeline for doomed desperate cnuts like me!! Yes I know this is bitter but I AM bitter.

nuclearbackpack, ha ha! don’t be upset, somebody’s got to win very few, the odds are ridiculous, the main thing is, do what you can to be happy with nothing, to be honest the people that win, really aren’t happy either, you want to win the lotto? be happy with what you got!!! that’s winning!!
Yeah I know money ain’t everything but being secure for life would almost certainly lead me to decide to stay alive whereas I’m now intent on suicide.
Financial security is very important. Of course health is above and money don’t buy happiness. Well it provides one less worry, the one of survival.
Cnuts? Haha.
Just couldn’t bear the thought of writing that word spelled correctly, huh?
nuclearbackpack, yeah i know! but really it’s not money, it’s accepting what life is all about, saerch for simple things that you enjoy, tonight i’m BBQING BACON CHEESE BURGERS, And enjoying what i cook, always make plans to do something simple everyday that you enjoy that way it isn’t a total downer.
them fucking cnuts!!!!! 🙂
That sounds great rocketman. I’m sitting outside enjoying the beautiful day over here and drinking a strawberry banana smoothie. Simple things like this can boost your mood, and best of all you don’t need tonnes of money.
But yeah… I occasionally enter the lottery too. 😛 What I most want for this summer is going to need a few K more than I have, so it’s either the usual way of working to save up, or hoping I’ll catch a lucky break somehow.
I play the lottery occasionally. Mostly just powerball or mega millions. I get lucky at the casinos, but I don’t go often. And by lucky I mean $50-$150. Nothing great, but I always look at it as money I didn’t have before.
Why don’t you save your money instead of playing the lottery? People that play the lottery are the type of people who don’t want to work for money like everyone else. They expect handouts and for financial security and financial privilege to be served to them on a silver platter as that’s essentially what the lottery is…
Not necessarily… there are many who work hard for years at low-paying jobs and are never able to acquire what they want due to their low budget. The lottery is mostly false hope since there are so few winners, but it must be rewarding for those who do bring home the prize.
To be fair, I haven’t entered for about a year, as I would usually rather spend that $5 towards purchasing food or alcohol instead of throwing it out into the void…
Well I’d love to work but my suicidal depression and chronic social anxiety make it impossible.
I feel you buddy. My dad used to play for decades but never won any serious amount of money. I continue this habit and i get nothing. Lottery is just a mean to dream. An excuse to say “if i win the lottery…” Really hope you win one day millions and have the life you dream.
