Saint Bernard to be exact. She’s gorgeous and drools everywhere. I wonder if she would’ve wanted to die while she was locked in that tiny cage covered in her own piss.. I still smell it on her. Taking her home to bathe her. Did she want to die? Or was she just in ignorant bliss? Shes 4 and her family got rid of her so their kid could get a puppy. I get that. When i was 11 dad got rid of me so he could fuck a 20 year old.
Anyways. I sat down next to her and she just pressed herself into my leg. The love was instantaneous. I just wish things like this were enough to keep me going. They’re not. January, where are you?

yeah… dogs are the best people
I’d rather have cats. They’re more fun to mess with, and they like to sneak attack you. You’d never see them coming until they’re purring on your lap and happybiting you for overstimulating them.
I also love cats. Named mine lucifer and taught him that it was okay to climb legs. He was an angel until he took off.
I have three. Had them all since kittens, and found each of them semi-feral in various places. Now they’re sweet little demons.
I take it you foster dogs? Or was this one adopted?
Foster. Wish i could adopt her, but i can’t afford to feed her by myself. The shelter was closing down due to lack of funds and she needed a place to go. They’re providing all of the necessities.
What you did is downright inspiring. I hope you get to enjoy the good feeling. Dogs are like mirrors of what you deserve in life, so pay attention to what she’s telling you.
