Always looking for distractions, it makes my life so empty. I am wasting it away, because that’s the only way I can survive right now. If I start thinking too much, I’ll get anxious, I’ll start remembering. I mustn’t remember.
Maybe you can change the way you process experiences?
E.g. if you have gone through a painful breakup (I’m just spitballing here), you can look at that and think “OMG I’ll never find someone that amazing again, I’ll never feel happy again” etc. Or you can look (infuriatingly sensibly) at it as a learning experience. You went through that relationship and are a little wiser for next time. And what a catch! That you could have a relationship with such a person, what does that say about you? It says you’re an attractive partner. And now you’re wiser too.
So yeah. Life will throw problems your way, but you can deal with them in radically different ways, and polish your skill in doing this always.

I agree, I find it really hard to be distracted at the minute. Even when I do get distracted it hits me harder once I get back to shirty reality
Great name, by the way.
You gotta be sure you’re really ready to go and if you aren’t then you won’t, but if you are then you would.
