Anyone watched The Butterfly Effect? The one where Ashton Kutcher (yes, his one good serious role) is able to go back in time to alter his (their) past, to fix things, but each time he tries, the alternate life / universe is made worse. Then he discovers that he should not have been born at all. He was supposed to be miscarriaged. He goes back in time and kills himself as a fetus. He finally fixes it- life for everyone is now great again.
I don’t know what the point of this post is. I wish I could go back and abort myself as a fetus like he was able to do.
Anyway, this movie supposedly has deeper meanings, about small things can have big effects, blah blah. All I can see is – the life that wasn’t meant to be – got erased and all became good…

I feel the same way
Good movie. I don’t remember the ending I suppose but everything in between. I like the part where the kid gets blamed for murder and is locked in a white psychiatric cell for all his life… reminds me of myself and what my life has turned into.
I also remember the part of the dad filming movies in his basement. And where she is a prostitute.. or when he meets her as a child and tells her to never speak to him again
I bought the second one. I don’t have it anymore, and don’t remember much but there is a sequel. Watch it!!
