- You only get so many get out of jail free passes in life and I’ve cashed in all mine. I’m up against the brick wall of reality and I don’t think I’m gonna make it. I would literally have to start from scratch to continue with life and that scares me. I’m in my 30’s, how do you start all over in your 30’s? I let life pass me by and now I’m playing catch-up, what if it’s too late? I’ve made my bed and now I have to lie in it, I think it might be too late to make another.

I understand exactly what you mean. My life is (and has been) primarily made up of bad luck, bad timing and bad decisions.

Join the club man. I can speak for the whole group saying we are all in this together. But why don’t we at least get a chat going on here, OP. I am quite lazy now and cannot really press on all of your posts. But to reiterate briefly, what would you think an outcome would be like if there is one? For instance, how are you planning to get a grip on things?
My heart goes to you. I’m 40 years old and have lost everything the only escape or relief I see is my throat slit . I have no good words for U. But me trying to talk to someone .losing ur perfect life is where I’m at. I thought I was stronger . Good luck. I know I’m not helping but thx for reading

Restart life at 30s isnt a tragedy at all. You are still very young.
Lots of people restart life much later and in fact you can restart at any age IF YOU BELIEVE TRULY YOU CAN. So for a reasonable time you really can rebuild yoursrelf. Of course sometimes youll be sad and there will be limitations according to the age you are but life is a made up thing at any age. So make up yours if you wanna!
