What do they do to treat that?
I’m sure I could Google but.. would be interesting to know what they are doing for you. Other than medication, but what does this medication do for you exactly?
My sister says sometimes trauma from previous lives can come into your current life, I believe they call them bleed throughs. Since for the most of us we can not remember these past lives, so are very confused as to why we are feeling all of these unexplainable feelings. They happen because they need to be dealt to in a positive manner, looked at, broken down and healed from within. Might be a little out there but interesting nonetheless xD
Ok first I’m literally just starting to get help.
The medication is known as a mood stabilizer. One of the symptoms of bpd is rapid mood swings so this is suppose to stabilize that. Whether or not it’s working for me is unknown as it takes 4-6weeks to work and I’m just getting to the 4 weeks.
So far I’m just on the medication but when I go back to the therapist I’m going to highly request dialectical behavior therapy as it is the one that is suppose to help me the most according to my extensive research. I’m hopeful that is going to work as well as everything else I’m trying to do to combat it. Basically with the amount of research I’ve put into this i could help myself I just need the doctor to prescribe the medication I need and the therapist to rant my thoughts and feelings to, maybe suggest something I didn’t think about.
If you want to know more about dialectical behavior therapy or borderline personality disorder just ask. I’m sorta working so I only have time to tell you so much right now.
