Um in your situation no. However law says he has to attack first 😛 then it’s fair game as long as equal force is used. So just don’t bring a gun to a knife fight and you’re good.
Okay, so if he’s attacking someone else, can I bash his skull in? ‘Cuz I’d really like to. I mean, my friend would. Not me. I’d never do something like that. 😛
he has to attack you personally but considering he would most likely be trespassing because i doubt youd invite him in you can protect your stuff. you should really leave the bat out of it though and just call the cops.
But bats are more cathartic than kicking him 🙁
You should look into citizens arrest. Then he will get in trouble for leaving and anything wrong he does while he’s there. Also you 2 should get a restraining order.

I might get evicted for turning up late and short on rent after this total sludge of a human beat up his girlfriend and ditched the apartment with $400. I dont think bashing him in the head is too bad, relatively speaking. He has it coming.
