I’m really struggling to focus on anything. I’m rereading emails five times just trying to catch what they are about. Ask me of I saw something, I could be looking right at it and miss it. Half the time I have no idea what a conversation is even about. Something is wrong and I can’t seem to get a grip on myself. I’m just floating through my life on autopilot and anything that requires my presence is really a struggle for some reason.

Idk if it will help but I think I perfected the recipe today and I don’t feel too bad I guess. It’s more of a pick me up then a magically depression cure though.
1tsp shroom coffee
1/2 tsp ashwagandha root powder
2tsp cocoa (take my advice the root doesn’t taste the best so this is mostly for a cover up lol)
And 1 c water.
Oh and whatever you add to your normal coffee. (milk, sugar, ect)
(watch this lol. “you’re getting people high! You shouldn’t advise people to take shrooms!” XD)
Also stimulation away from screens might help. I find it helps me.

And yeah,I spend way too much time in a screen, work, play, relax, it’s always a screen until the sun shows up for summer, then maybe there will be some outdoor activity.
It says stress. I just got it and like I already said just got the recipe figured out.
My outbursts (mental episodes) are caused by stress and after some reading it’s an old Indian thing from thousands of years and LOTS of people use it to this day so, let’s see I guess lol.
