I want out of this rat race
I want out of my miserable life
We aren’t allowed to live any kind of real life, given lack of money / shit jobs.
Yet we aren’t allowed to die either.
And YES, there IS a reason why they make suicide illegal. It isn’t bc they give a rat’s ass about our lives or whatever they claim. It is bc those in power do NOT want the peasants to have a way out. If there was a way out, people would not pay their debts. Credit card bills, mortgages, student loans, car payments, medical bills- you think ALL these powerful businesses are just gonna let people kill themselves and not pay? OH HELL NO.
You have to understand that there is a vested interest in keeping the peasants alive, sick and broken but working for peanuts, and crush any and all idea they can ever escape this life.
Why do you think they tied your health insurance to your job? That’s so you can’t just quit bc you need it. And they know you need it. And that’s how they control you. Well, one of the MANY ways they control you.

eternaldarkness, yes it’s kinda weird that society’s so effed up about suicide vs. right-to-die. I guess they don’t want some pogue to simply exit the Matrix on their own terms. The controllers have to be in control and tell you based on what they believe is their “God-given right.”
it’s mostly about money. they want to keep us alive to 1- keep working for them for peanuts/slave wages, and 2- to keep paying our debts. they’re not just going to just let us skip out on our bills. that’s a definite no-no.
