It’s risky business. There are so many diagnoses’ and pills out there and (most) parents are quick to overreact and hand your care to complete strangers that don’t care about you at all. Let them know you’re sad but make sure they know you want to try and take care of things at home, without the ‘help’ of doctors and drugs.Friends help, too 😉
