I really want to cut.. Anything to numb the pain. I’d kill just to be able to find a single blade.. Anyone know any other ways besides razor blades? I’m just.. Really sick of everything. I’d rather cope this way, than any other way. My depressions been way too crazy lately. Help me out anyone?

Just Liz: I hate reading. I’m also terrible at it. Showering.. A place to cut and watch the blood hit the ground? Nah.. I don’t think it’d be the best idea to shower.
Just a suggestion, if anything only you know what you like and perhaps something you like doing would make you feel somewhat better
…..another suggestion maybe say how you feel or what’s going wrong out loud hear you’re self. Things sometimes don’t sound the same in your head

Listening to the music may help you out. I usually do this, I listen to a ballad song that I can relate to. Then crying out loud in the chorus. For your information, the song I listen is Superman by Five for Fighting.

I know cuttings…well I wouldn’t say fun…but it seems to help? Right? I’m not saying stop cutting emidiatly and everything will get better. That would be a total lie. Yes, besides the classic box cutter, carpet cutter, or straight out razor blade, there are many ways. But you need to slowly cut back. I usually cut around thirty times per…uh…session? I guess that word works. So let’s say you cut the same. Only do a few less. If you cut every day, skip a few days. I’ll give you one thing. Pencil sharpeners. You can only get about a centimeter deep, but it’s better than nothing. I strongly suggest you just don’t cut today, wait for tomorrow or Monday instead. Cut back a bit, please?
