I know I haven’t posted in a while… But it’s because I’ve been doing better. The reason I’m back is because I can’t just leave. I was put through this site for a reason, and I believe that as much as it was to help me, I have to try to help the others on here.
So. Suicide tape.
I have been taping my wrists, ankles, and waist for the past few weeks. Like actually taping off the areas I like to cut. I use hockey stick tape, or sports tape because its more comfortable and I can write on it like paper. It also doesn’t attract much attention as it looks like a bracelet. I cover the areas I want to cut and write things like “Don’t Fall, Stay Strong, You’re Beautiful.”
In order to cut, I must remove the tape and see the words imprinted on it. Sometimes it can help to have someone else write a message on it. I change the tape everyday if I can. New day, new message. I like to keep the tape everyday I’m clean. Everyday I fail, I throw away the tape. I have kept 12 pieces of tape out of 17. That sounds better to me than starting over every time you have a bad day.

This is a good idea. I wish I could tape my mouth so I could stop binging and purging. But people would be concerned if they saw me with take on my mouth! If I could I would glue it shut! I’m such a disgusting pig… Ugh
I’m soooo proud on you, AscahIsBroken!! Really good idea, and it seems like it works for you. Please Stay Strong, you can do this, no matter how though it will be. And remember, it’s not the worse thing if you cut sometimes, it’s kinda logical if you’ve cut for so long and try to stop that addiction. It’s almost unpossible to stop on one day and never cut after that day. I’m proud of you, Keep Going and Don’t Give Up The Fight!! <3
