There is three types of idiots in this world: Idiots who do evil because they like seeing you suffer or because they want to show off in front of their “friends”. Then there is those who don’t care about the consequences of their actions; they don’t intentionally hurt you but if through any of their actions you take damage they don’t give a single fuck – aka “Don’t get in my way.” The last type are the ones who don’t understand or know about the consequences of their actions, either because they are too dumb to figure it out or because they just haven’t realized it yet. And if they noticed what they did to other people they would stop doing whatever they are doing.
The first ones are obviously the worst type. Also I wouldn’t want to be around the second kind since they would willingly betray you if they’d get any profit from doing so. The third ones are kind of a double-sided coin: On the one hand they are good and trustworthy friends, but on the other hand you can’t be sure if they will unintentionally harm you. Sometimes even if you try to explain to them what they are doing wrong they won’t understand because they lack the necessary “social intellect”.
Conclusio: Find friends that are smart AND good human beings, at least if you’re not type 1 or 2 yourself.

I stopped being a follower long ago , I can understand your words about people.Tho there is the 4th type those people that have tried all , seen all , been thro all and still decided it was enuff.Cant make more friends no interest in society clammed in despise and hatred of all the lies betrayal just the disgust of themselves and people.What about those people?
Well, those people still have the option not to harm anyone purposely. If they are also smart enough not to hurt anyone unintentionally they are in neither category.
How about a type of “idiot” who looks innocent, friendly and honest. But inside is a fiend, a demon, who will make a person suffer if he deserves it and will enjoy when such people are in despair and pain.

A more abstract definition would be:
Type 1: Knowingly and directly harming
Type 2: Knowingly and indirectly harming
Type 3: Unknowingly harming
That’s the same order as I described it in my first post. So someone who harms someone else out of revenge or because he thinks he deserves to be harmed would be in category 1.
Btw, what you are describing is called lynch law, and I surely don’t want to live in a society where people are allowed to harm others because they think the harm is justified. The only instance that is ever allowed to use force/ violence is the state, i.e. the judiciary as it’s representatives; it’s called monopoly on the use of force for a reason.
People in any of those 3 categories should not be allowed to participate in monopolizing the authorized use of force. Not sure about your region, but my region is indeed monopolized by both a state and society where people are allowed to harm others because they think the harm is justified… not to mention, parts of the society who fall into the 2nd and 3rd categories often go unpunished…
I forgot to mention the use or violence in self-defense; and I’m not talking about Texan rednecks who execute kids with a shotgun for stepping on their lawn. I’m actually talking about the least-violent appropriate measures you could take to repell an offender, which means killing is not appropriate in 99.99% of all cases. That’s also what the law in my country says.
The thing about being punished if you’re in 2nd or 3rd category is that motivation for a crime (or lack of motivation, i.e. type 3) has an influence on your penalty which imo is a good thing. The only question is how much you’re responsible for your own stupidity. Most stupid people don’t realize they are stupid; I mean how could they – they are stupid after all!

True. But drunk driving is covered in the media, in schools etc, so that everyone knows for sure that it is illegal. If someone still decides to drive, he willingly risks to indirectly harm others, which is more like category 2. (I changed “intentionally” to “knowingly” which describes better what I mean).
Drunk drivers in category 3 must be stupid enough to think that they don’t harm anyone by doing so despite the massive drunk driving campaign – which means they should probably be sent to a mental hospital instead of a prison.
