It’s funny how people say they want to help but they don’t. It’s funny how death is a last resort and people always think you’re crazy. It’s crazy that I just drank 6 Liters of water in two hours last night and I’m still alive. Death, find me as soon as you can. If not, I’ll come looking for you again tonight.

If you try the water intoxication thing again, don’t eat hardly any salt for a week beforehand. One way the water intox kills you is by swelling your brain with too much fluid, and another way is by screwing up your salt/water ratio. All the organs in the body need sodium to function. If you dilute your sodium levels too much, everything shuts down. Be warned that that week might be hell. Low sodium levels in your cells can cause headaches, potential hallucinations, pain, dizziness, fainting, potential for vomiting, confusion, etc. If you experience bad side effects like this, ride it out for at least 2 days, and then try the extreme water intake.
On a side note, I don’t know how you drank that much water! I tried that and only got 2 liters down in 2 hours. I seriously couldn’t make myself drink anymore. Meh.
Agreed with poster above, I think it would be a bad and painful way to go. Though I’ve read of some fucked up parents forcing their kids to drink water until they died from it.
Also from what I’ve read, I think the easiest method would be inert gas. For instance some RA in a university lab had spilled a bunch of liquid ******** in the room (it was closed) and he was found dead the next day. Similar stories of people cleaning large tanks filled with N2 gas, they rapidly died. So for me, this is my holy grail for suicide, the day that I am serious about ending my life-that’s the way I plan to go unless something better comes along.
Too bad we couldn’t be as advanced as Holland…some Christian nutters are freaking out over the rise of assisted-suicide/euthanasia there. Sounds like exactly what we need here in our countries.

That’s actually a good idea…but I don’t know if they allow foreigners to use their euthanasia services…actually I do recall some people have gone there for that reason so it may be possible. And it’s only about a grand for a one-way ticket to go there from Canada (where I am).
Though I’m fairly certain my inert gas idea is pretty fool-proof, no real need for me to go elsewhere…however the thought of having doctor assisted-suicide is much more reassuring.
At the same time there’s a part of me that wants to go on living…there’s thing about life I enjoy. I’ll see how long I can stick around. Death is always there whenever you’re ready to take that route.
