Today had the second pest control company do a quote, and I won’t be affording pest control done by anyone but me, and I  can’t see how anyone does frankly. Well, I do, people are suckers. I’m just really low financially. I didn’t realize how low I guess.

The first company came around and quoted it out at $14,000 to get rid of our rats and squirells.

Early days of memory you had to use them to load your games and save your work. Ran into this on my regular rounds on true crime and was dissappointed in the channel owner, and everyone involved really… What happened was that this mobile home park specialized in taking in people with sex offenses. I have special empathy for these folks, worked with them for two years. Everyone treats them like dirt. It’s incredibly hard for them to find someplace to live.

It’s kind of everything that’s getting worse, except appetite, for once appetite isn’t a problem. Maybe that’s what I should focus on, what isn’t malfunctioning. I’m getting along with people fine. I didn’t watch the first video in this series, and now I don’t think I’m going to. It’s a three part series about these guys building a truck to ride abandoned rails, it’s the kind of thing I’d do. I was waiting for this, I wanted to see how it ended because I’ve rode bike trails following old abandoned rail lines. Therapy happened today, and it came down to that I’m never really happy unless I’m neck deep in the utter horror of the awful things happening around me. I don’t know how to make anyone other than another mental health worker understand. Well, cops and medical workers seem to get it also. So my therapist helped me find a way to apply for a job in crisis response.

I keep going over and over it in my head; what did I do to deserve this? I can’t have done anything that bad. For all my ability to shake off chemical dependency, there’s one thing I’m still stuck on; this blasted machine.

A few minutes ago it did that thing that it does every now and then, click goes a fuse. I don’t understand why on a perfectly sunny day, almost no wind.

What it means though is that I have to reboot. It’s almost the only reason I ever have to. Which means I have to close everything… and it’s just irritating and it highlights how dependent and attached I am to this whole machine I am. I’m watching my afternoon show, so that has to shift.
