My whole life I have had horrible luck. I always had to struggle for the things I wanted while the people around me just got it handed to them.

I started self harming when I was around 11 it started out as light cutting on my left arm and then once I made enough cuts I would stop until they healed

in the last 2 weeks ive gotten about 200 new cuts…not on my arms but my legs…no one knows. my entire upper legs are cut. last night (12-17-12) i added more cuts and i will add more tonight. i cant stop. this new world has been opened up to me. a way i can feel better and no one will see it since its winter so i always have pants on 😀

wow, 10 huge 2 inch deep cuts hurt like fucking hell, the bleeding wont stop hmmm idk how i feel calm and alarmed at the same time??? ugh! why did i give in again to the cutting i was doing so good trying to quit now i gave in and now im in blood and tears but still remaining calm

I feel like SHIT today. I could berely get out of bed. And today is supposed to be ”family day”. Great! I don’t wana go anywhere or do anything or see anyone. I just want to be aloneee. The cuts that I did a few weeks back are now scars. But I cut pretty bad so the scars are very noticable, even with my newer cuts. But I like them. They remind me. It’s been 6 years of an undiagnosed, untreated progressive depression.

The Stages:
Stage one just started with deep thinking. What we all go through, what is life worth? who loves me? what would the world be like if i’m dead, etc.

Stage two became mind over matter. This is the point beyond sadness. Cutting never hurt, it was just a way to wake up into reality again, to start feeling again, even it was just sadness.
