Advice on lessening impact of death?

No suicide methods or details regarding method will be posted here. I want to share my pre death plan and receive advice & input.

Context & reasoning

I’ve been suicidal even since childhood so I knew it was an eventuality. Now I am an adult with no dependents (other than my pet rats), and I am ready to follow through on my plan.

I’ve contemplated suicide for quite some time now. when things really started to get bad I told my psychiatrist and I was sent to the hospital for having a plan. I spent 5 weeks at one facility and still felt suicidal so I was sent to a long term facility for 2 weeks but I talked my way out of there.

My Life…a “Short” Story…..

I am a 54 yo man who lives in northern New England. I have no living relatives that I actually know(phone numbers, addresses, etc..) I have no friends other then the people I see at work. I do not socialize and when I am not working, I sit in my small 1 bedroom apt.
I work in a manufacturing plant driving a fork truck. The job sucks. The company sucks. The pay sucks. The benefits suck.
