Twists turns my stomache aches i sweats my thoughts race. Mental torture my mind feels dull dry and overheated and robotlike.

As the same everyday routine goes by you lose track of the days things become blirry and numb.

Yes it has become a chore to laugh. It feels so fake. Its hard to genuinly enjoy any moment.

I am a slave to the dishwasher, weve become quite close we bond at least 3 times aday.

im on risperdol was perscribed it for anxiety fiirst couple daya on it havent noticed significant effects yet ..its used to treat schizophrenia which i think i may have. im hoping it.will take the edge off at.least of my paranoid thoughts.and anxiety.. hasase tried this drug? all my life.id had these abnormal fears and thoughts for example i still am.unable to finish high school do to my social fears. i have one friend who i can barely open up to unless im drunk

I think it’s possible I might have the hardest life of anyone in the world.

I love someone, I’ve loved her for 2 years since we first talked on Skype. She is from Colombia, I’m from Canada. We have never met but we talk all the time, on facebook… & have talked many times on Skype. Hey guys,

Ive only been suicidal for about 2 months now although ive had obsessive thoughts, depression,Â and anxiety most of my life (im 27 f). It all started for me when i suddenly started having significant perceptual difficulties as well as cognitive (memory) problems along withÂ severe debilitatingÂ anxiety and depression.Â After researching it myself and talking to dr.s IÂ then convinced myself that i must be developing a mental illness or something similar to schizophrenia. Yesterday, someone told me that making goals in life was important. I asked him why. He more or less told me that man is meant for progress. I sat and questioned in my head, what is this progress that society in general seems to always pursue.

I do believe that humankind has made leaps in advancement of technology, medicine, and overall the knowledge of the world around us. Do I believe that we as a species have become any more enlightened in spiritual depth? I have thought andÂ battled trust me, I have got myself out of some really downward states. the thing is though I cant change my life, my external life, Ive changed my internal one but my external one remains empty. I never thought things would come to this… but here I am, writing.

At age 25 I found out that I had to have urgent open heart surgery to replace my aortic valve. I was in 60% heart failure without even knowing it and could have died at any time. I had the procedure done, and am alive and kicking… though I opted for a tissue valve (so I could enjoy a higher quality of life) and was told that it would only last roughly ten years.
