i have attempted suicide at least 5 times. I have thought about it more hours than I can count. Ive suffered rape, loss of loved ones, physical and emotional abuse, OCD, and an unstable childhood. In spite of all these painful reasons to die, I’m turning 25 and I am so grateful that all my attempts were thwarted.

I was always in so much pain I could not think about anyone else.

Life has gone downhill

Up untill 2008 life was going great. 21 living life at the full and with a good idea of what I wanted to do.

May 2008, My Grandad died suddenly and then from September I went to Uni in Newcastle but failed in May 2009. Since then my life has taken for the worst. Got asthma that effects meÂ especiallyÂ in the cold weather that makes me hard to breath a lot of the time. Much Better

Yesterday was Horrible! It marked an All Time Low for Me. I had never woke up and immediately wanted to die. I guess i didnt want to face reality yesterday. That was the 1st time that I actively reached out to someone for help. Its like I wanted to Kill myself but I kept finding reasons to live.
