I have never posted here before although I have been reading what others say for a while. I dont ever talk to the people in my life about emotions, feelings or anything else that I keep buried deep down inside myself in order to get through the day.

My father’s existance summarizes how my life has been for me in a metaphorical term. Emotional blackmail.

My father calls me 24 times a day sometimes more for very trivial things. I do them. If i don’t I know what will happen.

That feeling of nothing where I move from place to place not smiling or laughing, not caring or caring.

Some would call this being present. Present and detached. All the demands made on me are met with silence. Even my own needs are met with silence.

Though I feel like crying I’m just to lacking in anything to do so. If tears fall let them for they will not affect me.

This is my first post on this website, but I know I’ll end up coming back here.

I never thought that I would end up on a site like this, struggling with my identity and hurting myself physically and mentally. I feel dirty and shameful and hypocritical. I always tell my friends and anyone who will listen to never never EVER hurt yourself, that it’s a horrible thing to do and that people love them, but when I do it, it becomes something else. Ok then, I donâ€™t suppose there is much point me lying anymore. I do that a lot, lying, it always seems to be the best way to continue without actually living or letting anything out.
