Have you tried blowing up a propane tank in a field using a pound of thermite and a magnesium strip, lit with a blowtorch? I find that highly therapeutic. Also, relaxing walks through nature, complete with charging at grazing deer, going, “OOGABOOGA AAAAARRRR RAWWWWRRRR” while flailing your arms around like a crazy person tends to help.
