there IS still Hope,..try to find it!

Hello Niki. Your post is interesting, not many Christians (ex) talk this way so thanks. I agree with your interpretation of hope (god, faith etc). But what do you think of this?;

This is just one theory going around in my head, it is not my soul belief and I am open minded about lots of theories. It seems to me that the most ‘happy’ and ‘successful’ people here on earth are neither religious or have any faith other than in themselves. To succeed in this world, you need to adopt the ‘dog eat dog’ mentality, and of course, that mentality has no room for any faith or beliefs in any god. I too, like to read the posts on here and the biggest thing I have noticed is that most if not all of these posts made by the ones who are suicidal, all seem to come from really nice people. Do all the really nice people suffer in this world, and all the ruthless people prosper?

I wont go into detail, but I have started reading and watching whatever I can about a certain scientist who suspiciously died a few years ago after trying to teach his findings to the masses and refusing to work for the government. He also had other scientists and ex-employees of the government who too were scientists of sorts. I am a person that strives on fact – I tried for many years to be religious and spiritual etc, but I found that fact seem to fit me better. This guy, his teachings have ALL come true, they are now fact that any person can get hold of. He also has teachings that are for in our future. One in particular, which I will not go into detail on as I simply don’t want to have this kind of debate – but what I will say is that he confirms that life here on the surface of this planet is nothing but a test – and not from any god, but from man himself. Man will be controlled and provoked to the point of either succumbing or retreating. He says that the world will end up being ‘evil’. He says that this ‘take over’ starts to happen in 1998 and last for over a thousand years.

This makes sense to me in so many ways. Although I dislike the word ‘evil’ due to it’s connotations, it seems to be the word that is used to describe this sort of thing. Of course this world is evil, you only have to turn on your TV to see that! And I’m not just talking about crime and the fear factor, I am talking about the greed, the materialism, the fact that the laws of the land do not protect good people, the fact that if you do not comply, your life will become impossible.

We have abilities and functions inside our own brains that can answer all of our questions, but they are being made disabled by our foods, our water and medication and brain washing. It might sound like a conspiracy, but come on, think about it seriously, you have to be dumb not to see it! if our abilities were not being controlled, we would KNOW the answers instead of just following the rules.

So my point is this; is this hope, god, whatever, just the remnants of how we used to live? Or a memory of where we originated, or shall return to? What if our thoughts are actually our god, hope, or our ‘home’ calling us? Why do so many good people want to kill themselves? Death might not be the end, it could be the beginning.

I am not saying that it is true, I am just saying it is possible. What if our thoughts are the search for the truth and that is the answer, the door, so to speak? No-one can say whether it is or it isn’t. This world is so messed up and we are now so messed up that it is impossible to confirm either way. Some people just prefer to take the risk on the unknown than stay is what is known to be ‘evil’.
