An update into my situation;
I have now checked with the Taxi company, and they are villing to deliver the gass tank for me. It fits nicely in the backtrunk of the taxi. ******** is a regularly used gass for many things, and non explosive, and thus not dangerous in any way!
Only 2-more things that i need;

That’s great. I have also purchased a ******** tank and gas pressure gauge with a flow meter and tubing, but there is a problem. When I try to adjust the gas pressure with the knob, you lose the gas in the process. I cannot find a way to adjust the pressure flow and keep it there, until, I need to use it for my final exit. The only way to keep the flow at about what is needed from a 20 liter ******** tank is to buy a tire flow kit, which allows you to open the gas tank and regulate the pressure, but than the problem is that the pressure is being regulated by the tire pressure gauge, not the flow fitting device on the tank. I am at a loss as to what to do.
Sorry maybe I should be more clear, you need to adjust to the right pressure to get the right flow and beable to keep it there. It is not plausible to open the tank and adjust the pressure with the flow meter, and have it stay there. Once you turn off the gas, the pressure goes back down to 0.
