someone please
crack open my skull
look inside my miserable brain
dig around in there deep
and find all the sadness
all the pain and suffering
and take it all away
rip it out of there
and replace it
fill my little brain back up
with joy and hope
and a will to live
give me the drive to be
and close my skull back
sew me up good as new
but now better than ever
someone please
save this dying soul

You need a happy pill(:
But I know something that will fix that easily. I want you to think, think of 10 good things in your life. And shut out the bad. Everytime you think negative thoughts, add a new good thing to the list. And once you are finished, when you are finished, if you have one negative thought refer to that list. That method helped me and still continues to.
Even if you do have negative thoughts, it could always be worse. So be thankful thAt life isn’t worse because it sure enough could be.
You are not alone. There are so many people that care about you and want to help. Help is on the way!!!(By Rise Against, listen to it)
To be honest, you don’t wait for happiness, joy, and hope. You have to try and achieve them. So start with what I gave you and work your wAy up to never speaking like this. It’s perfectly normal to have sad thoughts every now and then, but not this severe.
Hold your head up high, it will get better, I promise. Well, it’ll get better if you try.
WristSlitz left a lot of good advice. If ten things is too much to find, you can stick with one or two things per day, things you like about yourself, about yourself, or something you feel proud of. Make sure you write them down, though. I cannot stress this enough. I did this and it does help, even if you feel stupid sometimes, I can promise it will work.
It is logically impossible for sadness to last forever. And you can definitely reach happiness, or even just content, because it’s the little bits of positivity that mean so, so much. I made it through and I am sure you will too 🙂 Take care, be safe ♥♥
