I don’t want to die either, but same as you I fear that I will be miserable forever and things will never get better for me. So I’ve decided to stay to see what happens, since there is a chance things can turn for the best, which is what I’m hoping for.
Its the fear that keeps us alive ive felt like you for years and i didnt want to believe that i would ever feel better but i do at the moment due to some medication and a good team behind me maybe get some help for your depression find a way through
The thought of death or thought of life being a never ending pain.
Well I don’t know which is better – especially for you.
I too am scared of living a life of feeling this way, I mean a life of pain and sorrow isn’t much of a life – so why bother?
Well I don’t know, though there is a chance that this feeling is NOT never ending – or so I’ve been told.
This is something I think just waiting and thinking about and seeing how your feelings change will help you form a better decision. See if things do lighten up. Try to understand what is making you feel this way too – see if there are treatment, quick little fixes, or adjustments you can do…
Life is worth the chance if you think you can manage or can find the worth in it.
