I attempted suicide approximately 8 years ago.
I started harming myself 9 years ago.
I fell into depression roughly 10 years ago.
Things get better. There is always hope even when you can’t see it. There is light at the end of the tunnel. I’m lucky enough to have moved past the darkest time in my life and I want to help others learn from my mistakes. I’m no counselor but I will listen. I will not judge. I will keep anonymous.
