idk what happend

Sounds like anxiety…with a side order of hormones….have you had panic attacks as well? I did something similiar in Grade 10…but was lucky enough to go to someone who knew exactly what was happening to me….an emotional breakdown…for sure…and here you thought a breakdown was a lot more eh?….but know that if you are having a break down…you can also have a breakthrough….what most people think of as a nervous breakdown…is actually a psychotic episode….you are having an emotional breakdown…if this is your first time…know that you took it easy on yourself….it could have been worse….you must be a huge control freak….lol…and that is not always a bad thing…keeps us from getting locked up…lol
There is something that is driving this anxiety….you should really take this opportunity to talk to someone and try to get a handle on it….but if you don’t or can’t….you’ll surely get another opportunity. I hope you are okay…you sound okay…just a wee bit emotionally overwhelmed….but sane for sure.
