In my opinion.
Mainly because any of the above could cause depression in some people.
you know what ? I believe happiness stems from a shift of perception
instead of reminding yourself of what you don’t have, telling yourself you need or must do sthg in order to experience happiness, you slowly start to focus on what you have (as little as it is in comparison to others) and to put less and less conditions on happiness
I miss the days where I was able to feel joy from being in the moment
