I’m tired of being lonely.
I continually compare my life to others. I feel like my life is pointless and I have nothing going for me.
I have days where I feel like things aren’t so bad and I have to hold on and be strong, then there are days where I so desperately feel the need to end it all.
I really don’t know what to do anymore 🙁

Yeah, really pends on who u compare ur life to, we always tend to compare ourselves to someone who is better off, it’s a no win, i try to remind myself that there are people who live on this same planet at rubbish tips to be able to eat, and sleep under a piece of tin, ( this is true) so compared to them, my life ain’t that bad, hope this helps a bit….
Wishing you bags of good luck 🙂
What you might need is something new in your life 🙂
To get something new – you sometimes need to
– do something you’ve never done,
– go somewhere you’ve never been and
– meet people you’ve never met 🙂
Meeting people is important and its also important to be happy with oneself.
How to be happy with oneself. Just accept yourself – accept what you can change and what you cant. So many people don’t really know themselves or accept themselves and they are over critical of themselves. Sometimes we can be our own worst enemy for the things we think about ourselves.
If you catch yourself – then say “stop it”. If you practice – it will work 🙂
Start now – by not thinking bad things about yourself or comparing yourself to those who are better than you! Only think positive things. There are so many millions of people in the world far worse off than us, we need to just enjoy life and not think negative things.
Make sure your living space is making you happy – if not, what can you do to change it? Change a colour, re-cover something in awesome material, clutter clear – spring clean and get rid of things you don’t want/need. Try use aromatherapy oils to make your living space smell good.
That will get you in a good, positive mood!
Doing something – that makes us feel better about where we are helps us 🙂
Getting to know yourself is important – knowing what you like and don’t like.
Trying new things.
Going new places.
What about starting a journal (special book for realizations) and try to get to know yourself by recording things – like positive quotes, sayings – little things we come across. Write down aspects of things you learn or realise – some wisdom by accepting things that have happened or need to happen… Making lists, drawing / painting/ writing poems can help us discover ourselves.
If we are in a situation, its often because we have a life lesson to learn. If you feel you are in a rut – its important to get out of it 🙂
But we need to accept who we are so that others can feel comfortable being with us too.
Then to bring new experiences and people into our lives – we need to do new things, go to new places. Even simple things like going to the library or get off at a different place on the bus, walk a block, go to a different shop. Do things you don’t usually do. Greet people you see on the way, and show gratitude to people in public service like bus drivers, shop keepers and all of those and be kind if you get the chance. Join some nature walks, get out and about. Little interactions can lead to bigger ones.
Ever thought of Befriending – there are organisations that need people to help other people 🙂 Once a week or once a month might take you of a path or meeting people through helping others. You never know how long it will take but you will be happy when it works 🙂
Learning a new hobby or sport. Going to gym. Joining a group, going on a course. Going travelling if you can.
Most important is that you need to like and be happy with yourself. Accept yourself.
Find a look you like – Try a new clothing style, new deoderant, new hairstyle and look after yourself. Have some special time where you work on being happy with yourself.
Keep clean and hygenic
Drink lots of water
Eat healthy – food you like – fruit veg
Cut down on junk food, sweet, biscuits
Do you like art or music?
Make a list of things you did each day that was not bad and light a candle and say thanks for each small thing. Some days will be better than others.
Positive thoughts and gratefulness bring more into your life and lift your spirits!
The minute our spirits life a little the wind will pick up and bring good things in to our lives.
Often it just takes a change of heart or a change in the way we see and do things.
Good luck for your journey 🙂 Things will improve soon – you will see !
Hey sara, this is your first time posting no? I would really like to know more about your life, because with this info, it’s hard to help you, but i can tell that you do not have a strive for anything in life. Like jemma, only a lot less, i think you should look and come after something. Make something in your life meaningful. I know it’d might be hard to find some sort of passion in something you really enjoy, but if you keep looking, It rly does help you feel achieved. I too dont know what to do in life anymore. There isn’t much meaning in my life. Though, i’m not saying im know what it’s like to be in your sitatution, im just relating. but All i think about in life is moving forward, and eventually something nice will happen. I rly hope this helps you find love in your life
You can even write a story or book, create characters and then you can control how the story pans out! It will keep you busy 🙂 You will be learning all the way – about how to set up books and researching your characters too etc
QUOTE
“In the meantime: Find a passion that makes you come alive. – Each new day is a blank page in the story of your life. The secret is in turning that blank page into the best chapter you possibly can. Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it. Because what the world needs, and what every great story has, are characters who have come alive in the pursuit of something that inspires them.
Work hard on whatever you chose The best dreams happen when you’re wide awake and working hard on something you’re passionate about.
A dream is your creative vision for your life in the future. You must break out of your current comfort zone and become comfortable with the new and unfamiliar.
So dream big, pursue your passion, and give yourself permission to work toward a future you know you are capable of creating.”
The quote is part of some really good info posted on this link: https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=523424161007845&set=a.287277337955863.91152.249274785089452&type=1
