I am making a list of things that I could do to help me make it to Tuesday…
aside from stuffing my face with crap (which does not help in any way) what can I realistically do / accomplish / come up with / fabricate / engineer / occupy my time with / invent / rearrange / be proactive about / just to get on with it?
* take a shower
* eat a healthy breakfast
* work on details of a resume to help myself on Tuesday so the appointment I am putting such stock and hope in is able to help me go forwards…..
* work on the correspondance course that I started months ago just because I did pay for it and it irks when I waste my money
*work on the computer part of the binder from my old job so that I will have that knowledge for future possibilities after I buy myself more time to keep on keeping on(sarcasm here)
*go to the library and see my one friend in this city
*find out where and when I can get my car tires changed over for winterf

*Listen to upbeat/motivational music
*Talk to friends
*Everything else 😛
I think I should try this list thing too. Set small targets for every day so that I can keep on keeping on.

This small target list thing has pretty bad mental side effects, i know i’ve tried it. Try practicing one thing you really enjoy and relax. By the way you a tubby tub of lard by any chance?

Hi heima, thank you for your support in this, I often write out lists ‘cuz I like to see in concrete form the options I have and what is possible in my day, it works for me sometimes, not always, but as long as I keep making the lists I am (at least in my own mind) doing something proactive to make my situation better, I hope. thx 🙂
