Sorry you’re sooo blue today. I sense this isn’t the first time either. So you know you just gotta hang on til tomorrow…or the next day…or the next….but eventually you know the sun will shine again…and so will you.
Instead of feeling defeated and lonely..why don’t you use this “down” time to get to know yourself a little better…look for an answer to even one of your questions…learn a new coping skill…allow yourself to feel the negative emotions that are a part of the human experience…get comfortable with your emotions good and bad…and get ready for the next sunny day.
Or you could hang out here with the rest of us sad sacks…hahaha just kidding
I really am sorry you are blue. I can usually feel an episode coming on…and warn my family and friends that I’m scheduling a breakdown or a breakthrough…lol…and then I sit around for 3 days in my pajamas, unshowered forgetting to eat…feeling the full range of negative emotions…and on the third day I rise…shit, shower and shave…not really..okay maybe..hahaha…but I no longer punish myself for not being happy…I live them and move on. So take your time…sit with your pain…forgive yourself for wasting time…it wasn’t wasted…think of it as recharging your batteries…and go into the light…of day once more.
Or again…hang around with the rest of us in your pajamas and messy hair…and let it all out.
