I think I’m bipolar. One time I was sitting in bed and I was happy (like a 9) and my mom turned off my light and in less than a second I was in complete and total despair  (like a 2)… I’ll feel incredibly happy and excited and productive and then horribly depressed seconds later. Help. How can I know?

You need to see a psychologist to get a proper diagnosis of bipolar disorder, but based on what you’ve described, it could be a possibility. Extreme highs and lows are characteristic of bipolar disorder.
You could also have Manic-depressive disorder. This is different from bipolar disorder because it goes only between extremely happy and sad emotions. You might want to look it up and compare it to your feelings
It can also be borderline personality disorder (BPD). Please consult a psychologist. Please do. U are probably in the early stage. It can be fixed easily.

Or it can be nothing at all. Most likely is that. One of the problems of the internet is that people have access to too much data, that are not prepared to interpret. So, if you are young, and it seems that you are, whenever you pick or hear a trendy word, like so typically in the anglosaxon world, like ADD, BDD bla bla, one would think it has this or that. Most of the times, like 99% it is imagination and being hypochondriac, that is, believing that one has all the diseases, just because he heard them around.
Well said oracle.
Rest assured, I am not a hypochondriac. But I cannot tell anyone I know about this… I’m too scared to.
