I can’t find comfort

I can’t stop hurting

I can’t stop wishing I was gone

I can’t find anything good in my life

I can’t fake a smile anymore…

Try taking deep, slow breaths to help calm yourself down. You should try meditating as a way to help your panic attacks.

I have panic attacks too. Do you need someone to talk to? Sometimes getting your mind off of them helps them end faster.
