I just realised that lonliness only hurts if you fight against it. You can make your lonliness your own company.

How long you have been alone?
A lot of time. But what can I do? I can only sit and deal with the reality I´m forced to live in.
Sometimes when i wake up i think..Things will change but they didn’t
We are living in limbo of pain and loneliness ..
Your inner experience can be a safe haven. Being alone doesnt have to lonely, it can be a celebration of strength. Because we all have the power to close our eyes and imagine a different world, a different perspective, a place where we actually have the power to see things however we want. I shut my eyes and go somewhere else. And when the pain and the anger and the frustration and hopelessness and blood and sweat and tears make their appearances, stay calm. Fight back. You are stronger and far more capable than you think.
I don’t consider myself alone. I have animals. &nd dreams. Dreaming is just like a virtual reality.
