I cant remember a time when i wasn’t depressed, how long has it been for you? i think im going on about 3 years years now….but then again ive only been alive for 16
For me it’s been quite a long time too… I’m 16 also and I think of it this way, I’m still here so I must be doing something right, I relapsed yesterday and I had been free of it for 8 months, but I guess that’s how I work… If you err need to talk I’ll be here, like an online friend xx I hope I can help you in any way
began before my wife left me for sure, yet i sensed something wasn’t right (again(). She left me, I tried to end it, so its hard to say when it began for me, other than I felt sad for no apparent reason, but I know now it was God telling me something.
The severe depression began the night she left.
Over time it began to go away some, but still there.
However, just this past week, I learned horrid details of just how much of a whore I had living here, so now I am back to Sept. in terms of depression levels, but at the same time I have some things now I didnt before….
As a whole, at the moment, I am not well with the recent news.
