I didn’t end up smoking last night.
I was strangely proud of myself.
Hasn’t been too bad of a week I suppose.
I’m trying to keep my stress levels low.

I’m doing alright I guess. Not good and not bad. Just kind of in-between.
Just another day being stalked by the suicide shadow. Wishing it could be gone but yet it won’t go away. I can just be grateful it’s not my worst day.
