After taxes, i could buy a small piece of land in an area of my choosing, build a house to my own specifications, buy an economy car for general use, and a truck to haul materials and large tools.
The rest goes in a high yield interest account, and i live off the interest for the rest of my life, not having to worry about whether i’ll eat tomorrow, or how i’ll keep the electricity on (which would actually either be supplemented or replaced by a localized, integrated solar solution).
I would do whatever i want, or nothing at all, without pressure or obligation.
My physical health. Not this long drawn out “it won’t kill you” shit that forces me to make a conscious decision every morning. Now I’m nothing more than a damn atm for greedy “doctors”

Not realistic, but going back inside the womb and starting again with the knowledge I’ve gained would make things a lot easier.
$15 million dollars.
