Lately I have been thinking, I am not the person I used to be. The fact that I can’t get it out of my head makes me so fucking sad. I think back at the person I used to be and now that things have changed… Many, many things have changed. It makes me so mad and depressed about it. It sucks too because I just want to not think about it. But they won’t leave. I can’t think of any way to stop thinking than to just “stop existing.” Because why else should I even be here, if I am just going to keep pondering about how happy life used to be and how fucked up life is today. How depressing life has become for me.

But think of this! If you changed from one person to another >> then don’t you think you can change from your current situation to another again???
Of course you CAN. Lets say you went from happy to sad, NOW go from sad to Happy.
You CAN do it. but it will take some time and it will take some effort.
Id like to encourage you to PUT SOME EFFORT into getting happy again.
The best way is to start taking inventory of your life. You can even write things down if you want. What change or changes came into your life that turned you from happy to sad??
was is financial? Was it loss of a job? was it that a loved one cheated on you or left you? was it that you just started to dwell on all the problems in the world and you just started to feel helpless? what was it? Try to get to the route of the problem. Maybe its just boredom with life. Maybe you have something in life you thought you’d be doing by now and you haven’t reached that goal yet? what ever it is try to Identify it.
then you need to start taking an honest look at yourself and an honest look at the issues in your life and “Work on them.” Make plans that will bring you closer to the life that you want. Also a lot of times our own personal attitude can keep us from being happy. Try to have a positive attitude. Be thankful for what you have and believe you can improve your life and get what you want out of life. It will take little steps at first. and lots of little more steps. But make sure
you have things planned out and are moving in the direction of your Goals.
also try to network with people that can help you.
Make some goals for yourself!!! work on them daily
educate yourself on how to reach those goals.
find people who have been successful at achieving the goals you want to achieve and talk to them or read some of their books and learn from them.

you are still your former self, just more developed. It’s possible to return to aspects of your former self even if you’ve been influenced by so many variables in life, you have complete control over your mindset and actions, if you aren’t satisfied with it, change it.
