Also try clearing your cookies. If it doesn’t work for me, I kill the window, clear cookies, and try again. It generally works then.
Of course, then sometimes have to do the same thing again if I want to post another comment. It’s one of the reasons I haven’t been commenting lately as much as I used to.

Probably a website glitch; I’ve had some problems too. Maybe log out for a bit, and try again later. That worked for me.
