I try to get over my depression and I feel better for some days but I go all over again from the beginning . I’m tired of life and I decided to suicide . I know this will be hard for my family and I will miss my sister so much because she is life for me and mom was always a perfect mother for us and my dad and my brother are my love . but sometimes we need to take hard decisions because I can’t stay in this depression

Maybe there’s another answer? Therapy, medication, and getting some support might help. Depression is a really difficult struggle to deal with. I’ve been dealing with it for too long. Like you wrote, some days are better than others. If you work at it, life might not become perfect but you might see the sun a little more. Please don’t give up.
thank you soo much for your support
You speak of your love for your family and that could be the root of your being able to overcome this if you couple it with other methods as well, such as therapy or medication as mentioned above.
Hope is not lost. I hope you will reconsider and seek out some alternatives before going through with anything extreme. Best wishes.

tell us more about your situation? there is always a reason someone is depressed.. what happened that has put you down this dark path? are you still in school?
it always gets better gabriella to a point where you can make another healthy decision.. it may get worse but then it gets better.. sun goes up sun goes down, repeat.. but its up to your decisions to pave a good life for yourself. dont decide on suicide..
I’m not sure what your case is but have you tried meditating? When I get depressed or have anxiety attacks I go on youtube to listen to binaural beats amd even positive affirmative subliminal messages. They help me sleep and allow me to recover sometimes. You have siblings and they need you. Consider not leaving them. Again I’m not sure what your situation is, but reconsider it.
Depression can be alleviated with diet and exercise. I’ve eaten clean and worked out which exponentially put me in better moods. Since you said your depression gets better but comes back, maybe change your diet. Food does influence moods. It helped me in the long run. Good luck with your decision.
