Losing it…

I’m sorry you feel so bad at the moment, relationships can be so difficult as well as rewarding, I know the pain that can come from them. Please hold in there, your life is important too, if you feel the relationship is causing you pain, you may have to make a difficult decision about moving on. Depression is hard to live with, it makes it hard to take such decisions, thoughts of death can feel easier than change, but we have to keep going, please know you aren’t alone, many face such difficulties here on SP.
