I think of killing and cutting myself everyday and I don’t know why I’m not sure if I’m depressed and I’ve been depressed before and I have cut myself and I want to runaway sometimes I really need some help I don’t know what’s wrong

Sounds like your experiencing a lot of self hatred. Have you had any traumatic experiences in the past? Sometimes even if you think your over them, the trauma can still creep up on you.
Well yeah there’s something that happened a long time ago but I just can’t forget about it and I don’t feel like I have a happy family I always listen to music because I hate hearing all the fighting and screaming it’s been like that my entire life
I’m sorry your going though that. All the stuff that you stated above is exactly the reason why your feeling this way. No wonder your depressed and want to cut. From what I read, people cut because the mental pain is so strong that they have to numb it out by inducing physical pain. I hope there is someone you can talk to that can help. Much luck to you.
