I really need a safe (free ) anger outlet that no1 will notice around me (parents /friends ) bcoz I have a LOT!! of built up anger that one day I’m afraid I won’t be able to control and I’ll direct towards the wrong person and it’s just not good so can someone help me ?

I think physical activity of any kind is a good way to feel less anger and let off energy. But if it’s that bad I would suggest getting some help for it – if not traditional therapy then a Google search for ways to feel less anger, or online groups you could chat with.
that shit will eat you alive. Its weird though cause the more I feed my anger the more it seems to live. And when I try to get it out its infinite! Damned if you do, damned if you dont type deal.
Run, and anything anaerobic. Physical activity that gets the heart rate up as Trix said is probably your best bet. There used to be this cool desktop game called anger management or something. You could choose your weapon and obliterate your virtual desktop. Twas fun.
