It’s been about a week since we heard anything from him.
It looks like he deleted all his posts:

And if you look at that page, he says “I WISH I COULD DELETE EVERYTHING I EVER COMMENTED”.
My guess is that it has something to do with that last argument with Bah.
Remember last weekend Bah was upset because people were leaving “off-topic” comments on her post.
We tried explaining that that’s just how things are here; it’s rare for a post to stay on topic 100%. That’s just how it is. I compared it to opening a box full of cats; the cats aren’t just going to march in single-file.
ToTrees and I were having some fun banter on one of her posts, and she deleted every comment that wasn’t 100% related to her original topic.
She stated that fun comments should be on fun posts only, and not on serious posts.
So then she made a different post. Remember it was the one about what you would do with $100, or 10,000, or $100,000.
I think a lot of us saw that topic and thought “Oh! This must be what she means by a ‘fun’ post, so we can go ahead and have fun here and have entertaining banter back and forth.”
But it turned out that she wanted THAT post to stay 100% on topic too, and she deleted all off-topic comments there too.
I was surprised, and ToTrees seemed really frustrated by it.
They sort of switched back and forth between arguing and apologizing and arguing on each other’s posts for awhile, and then when I checked back the next day, Bah had deleted her post.
She made one last post which said “Bye”, and we haven’t heard from her since.
That was also the last we heard from ToTrees.
I’m worried about him, since his MRI was last Monday, and I was concerned about what the prognosis was for his arachnoid cyst. He was having a hard time because it was giving him horrible headaches (bad enough to need morphine), and sometimes it would drain through his nose, giving him long ugly nosebleeds.
I wish he was here to give us an update.
But it looks like he and Bah disappeared at the same time.
That’s optimistic of you, but somehow I fear his absence has nothing to do with things being hectic.
Not only did he delete every post, but he even changed his sp email address to a fake address. (At least it sure looks like a fake one.)
So I had to try very hard to remember what his old address was.
I hope I got it right.
He may not answer; this is the first time I’ve ever written him, and my note might not be welcome even though I tried to be as kind and careful as I possibly could.

I must not have been on the forum at all that day because I honest-to-goodness don’t remember any of that at all.
Did his last post (the protected one) indicate anything?
I’m not able to access any protected posts, so I don’t know what it said.
This I do remember.. I did not realize that that was the last time either of them were online… Man, that’s rough.. I hope they are both okay…

I see zero comments in moderation right now, so either they got approved or deleted.
Do you remember which posts he had commented on?

If anyone knows anything or finds out anything, please post it so the rest of us can stop worrying.
Did you read what he said that’s in the Trash section of moderation? He’s clearly still alive, but just taking a break from the site, I guess.
