Drowning, you can do anything including stopping self destruction, but you have to want too.
picture it! your at the casino you have $5000! you sit at the black jack table, laying down $500 bets! bam! you lose! bam! you lose! bam! you lose! take the $3500 and run!!! or end up with nothingness! in other words you don’t have to hit rock bottom to realize your fucking up.
You can man…if u can’t there is always the oportunity to restart tomorrow.
