That actually helps a lot. Anxiety is awful, but I feel like I can survive it, especially without telling anyone else. I have health problems, and it’s made me pretty much a hypochondriac.
As “simple” thing as breathing exercise and counting from ten to zero and then again and again as long as I need helps me. And if it helps me even just by a little, I realize it’s “just” a panic attack/severe anxiety and that helps me even more. It’s not an ultimate ratio solution but for me it helps shorten those episodes quite a lot and it makes it more bearable.
