I think there are two general camps

I believe in Goodness. So as long as you are out being a good person then I can say your life matters. If your out doing evil then well you need to change. that is how I see it.
All people are important but when people come to a realization that they are supposed to be good then that is when their actions matter most. this is just how I see it.
I strongly feel this way. I feel like my life matters most when I am doing good and helping other people out.
