maaann, holidays are so draining. Welp thats done and all. And now school. Welp.
But eyy 2017, I’m finally going to live in a dorm… It’s a dream come true.. getting away from that house. I know my family is getting there but eh childhood dreams will remain.
I WILL LEARN HOW TO COOK.
I WILL LOOK FOR PART TIME JOB(I hope…)
I WILL SAVE UP MONEY
I WILL BE ONE STEP CLOSER TO BEING OKAY
Just one step at a time
I have my support system… I will be okay.
I hope you too 🙂

For cooking, I’d suggest asking someone for help for the basics (I took one of those classes back in school) and get a cookbook. Not everything you try to make will turn out entirely edible, but you learn as you go. I’ve got a list of things I’m comfortable making, and I’mma try veggie burgers once I get a couple more things.
Some people specialize in what they can make, too. I have a friend who, minus the basics, is rubbish on the stovetop, but loves grilling (and fire, ha). her sibling prefers baking, and I used to know a woman who couldn’t bake at all, but could throw together pretty good dinners with random stuff in the fridge and cupboards.. magic to me.
as for ‘okay’.. not a bad aim at all. Just, try not to be too discouraged if things don’t go quite as you expect. things happen, and that’s okay; it is one step at a time.

I do have a friend who’s really good at baking and has a basic grasp on basic cooking. And she’s willing to help me. Thanks as always for the advices 🙂
